Field testing of new technology

29.10.2019

In 2019, Perfobore developed and tested in field conditions a technology for hydromonitor development of uncased canals with hydrochloric acid solution after branched-directional drilling of multilateral canals using the Perfobore technical system (TS). On the wells, 2 channels 7 m long and 2 channels 14 m each were drilled. After each channel was drilled, inclinometry surveys were carried out to confirm the design trajectory of the formation. After that, a point DIS was carried out in each channel through a jet nozzle designed by Perfobore according to the “spruce branch” scheme. The wells were injected with 18.5 m3 and 48 m3 of acid, respectively. In the canal drilling works, a non-removable anchor module was used, which will allow in the future to repeatedly enter the canals for their repair, for example, with a Perfobore jet nozzle for acid treatments. The wells were put into operation with liquid flow rates of 12 m3/day and 51 m3/day.
